Anaheim is really three business towns in one city: the Resort, the Platinum Triangle and the industrial parks of Anaheim Canyon. We clean for all three.
When the biggest employer in town is the Disneyland Resort, nearby offices and shops feel the crowds too. Convention weeks at the Anaheim Convention Center send more people through the lobbies, restrooms and parking structures of the surrounding blocks, and a cleaning plan built for an average Tuesday falls behind.
North of the 91 and east of the 57 is a different Anaheim. Anaheim Canyon holds 63% of the city's industrial space and is the largest industrial district in Orange County. Those buildings need warehouse floors scrubbed, front offices kept presentable and restrooms that hold up to shift changes.
Game nights at Angel Stadium and Honda Center, and shows at the Convention Center, push extra foot traffic through nearby buildings. A day porter on those days keeps restrooms stocked and lobby glass clear while the doors are open.
Sealed concrete in a busy warehouse sheds dust under every forklift pass. Machine scrubbing and resealing on a set cycle keeps it off the racking, out of the office and off the product.
With Kaiser's Anaheim medical center and West Anaheim Medical Center in town, the city has a steady ring of clinics and specialist suites. Those rooms get disinfection, not just a wipe-down.
Most Anaheim buildings we quote need a mix: nightly cleaning for the offices, plus something heavier for the floor or the exterior.
